The layout and resort was beautiful. Most of the staff was very friendly. Close to attractions we wanted to visit.

Liked the price to have two bedrooms, two baths, kitchen, washer and dryer close to Disney. Allowed for us to buy our food and snacks and save while at Disney. Was clean and quiet.

The property was nice clean and family oriented. Everyone was nice and kind from the moment we checked in. The pool area and restaurants at the pool side were good. BREEZE in particular food is AMAZING!!

This is the eighth time I have stayed here. No, I'm not an owner ," time share." I love the multi bedroom design, the full kitchen, washer and dryer. I love that it's a home away from home. I have the choice to go out to any of the local parks or attractions within a 30-minute drive. I love that I have the choice to cook because there is publix right out the side gate, order in from their many restaurants, or go out and have dinner. My kids from 17 to 7 love coming here.

The 2 bedrooms villas were spacious, clean, comfortable and furnished nicely. Upon arrival, our air conditioner unit was not working. Within 15 minutes, front desk had someone out who replaced a part of the AC and had it up and working quickly. Kids enjoyed swimming at the pools and lazy river. Many restaurants on site to choose from. Large parking lots everywhere so didn’t have any issues with parking. The arcade was massive and tons of fun.

Very organized during the evacuation of hurricane Milton. We had to evacuate 3 1/2 hours inland from Sarasota. The staff helped keep a lot of people calm. They were very compassionate. The villa was surprisingly lovely. Very clean and exceptionally roomy. Really made our being away from our home a little less stressful.

The location was wonderful.. The area was beautiful. Good for morning walks along the golf course. Plenty of room for the two young boys to run. The 1st floor worked perfectly for our group.

We really loved all of the amenities available. 3 different pool locations, all with restaurants, arcades and activities. Even though we drove our car, it was nice that there is a shuttle bus to take you anywhere in the resort grounds. We loved there was putt putt available. We took the tour and we’re able to get unlimited activities and lazy river tubes for only $10/day.

We stayed at the River Island building near the water park, unit was clean and updated, well keep property grounds, pools area was nice, a lot of activity to do. Loved that it’s gated with security.
